Ben Fordham: FRNSW mandate ending but with misconduct findings

This morning, AFA Director Steve McDonald filled Ben Fordham in on the FRNSW rescinding of its COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

While employees who retained their right to medical privacy, bodily autonomy, or simply wished to not be injured by vaccines will be allowed to return to work, some have been hit with artbitrary findings of misconduct based on the ‘balance of probabilities’.

In addition, FRNSW intends to apply ‘behaviour management’ conditions upon their return for up to 12 months.
