Notice of demand for further and better particulars.
Dear Mr Oliver,
All firefighters represented by AFA stand ready to honour my lawful and reasonable obligations as an employee of FRNSW.
However we demand further and better particulars that make it perfectly clear as to exactly what laws you are relying on that give you the legal ability to threaten us with termination of our employment due to our non compliance with the policy.
AFA gives you 14 days to reply with the evidence we require.
