1. Advising Kimbri law or other Australian Firefighters Alliance (AFA) legal representative of my membership status with the AFA and that I am a current, former, or prospective FRV employee

2. Advising Kimbri law or AFA legal representatives that I may be identified using my personal and employment information provided above in connection with both my Australian Firefighters Alliance membership and my employment with Fire Rescue Victoria as a current, former or prospective employee.

That Kimbri Law or Australian Firefighters Alliance's legal representative may identify me to Fire Rescue Victoria or it's legal representative using the information I provide above as being an Australian Firefighters Alliance member and individual for which AFA's legal representative is acting, either individually or as a member of grouped AFA members who have FRV employment history or prospect, in relation to multiple correspondences and advice to and from both Alexander Law and Kimbri law and the current range of raised and disputed matters with FRV recipients and FRV as a whole.
